The Hunter region of New South Wales is an impressive economic growth story that spans over 200 years, the last ten of which could be described as the most spectacular.
With a population of over 610,000, it is the largest regional area in Australia and home to more people than the state of Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory or the Gold Coast. The last decade has seen strong population growth as people relocate to the region from other parts of Australia.
The region is a significant contributor to the NSW economy. It has emerged from a largely industrial, coal and wine producing past to become the diverse industrial base, with its rapidly growing services and commercial sectors, that it is today.
The Hunter is home to one of Australia's most dynamic communities. A long held ethic of hard work has consistently helped the region capitalize on its wealth of natural resources to deliver growth. More importantly, the Hunter has not shied away from change, displaying a willingness to adapt to the demands of Australia's increasingly diversified economy.
One of the region's greatest assets is its huge coal reserves which historically have been the foundation for much of its economic growth. As productivity has increased with the advent of open-cut coal mining, low cost coal has seen the region become one of the State's major electricity generating areas. The Hunter now boasts six coal fired, base-load power stations that supply electricity to the national grid. In turn, the supply of low cost electricity has seen two aluminium smelters make the region one of Australia's leading aluminium producers.
The Hunter Coal Industry has stated that there will be an additional 25,000 direct mining jobs in the Hunter mines in the next 4 years.
Our business is based on networking with other business partners. It does not matter if you are a mortgage broker, financial planner or accountant we all want the same thing. Happy clients!
To keep your clients happy (and they are ALWAYS your clients) we focus on helping them through each step in the process and we keep you both informed at all times.
We provide an initial investment cashflow report and all supporting site and construction literature. Of course, these can be provided via you if preferred.
Naturally we take your client around to view some developments that are suitable for them and make sure they are very comfortable.
Once construction is completed a tenant is sourced (which we will organise unless the client has a preference) and a quantity survey report is provided for accounting purposes.
All you really need to do is work out who can benefit from owning an investment property, doing the ground work and organising their finance.
For more details contact us.

Have you thought about creating your own superfund?
We can steer you in the right direction if you need more information.
Your self managed super fund can now borrow money and this means that you can leverage the funds you have available. Leverage means that you can speed up your wealth creation activities.
However, a super fund can not build a house using a construction loan so the only option has been existing property. That is, until now.
Our builder and developer are now in a position to provide spec homes to super funds. This means that there is no construction funding required. The super fund simply pays the deposit on exchange and the builder starts the work through to completion. In the mean time you must organise a home loan on the super funds behalf. The home is then completed and the loan settles on the finished project.
It is important to get the right advice so that you will set up the correct structure. Please let us know if you need some help and we can steer you in the right direction.
